Himalayas High Passes

A 14-day running journey into the heart of the Khumbu region of Nepal, where the highest mountains on earth shape not only the landscape but the way time moves. We run 140km through valleys, over massive passes & along teahouse trails at the foot of Everest.

Who is
Run High For?

For runners who feel most alive in wild places.

You’ll likely feel at home here if you:

  • Are comfortable moving through mountains and technical trails for 6–8 hours a day, often on consecutive days

  • Have experience with 20km+ days with some vert

  • Feel confident on uneven, rocky and remote terrain

  • Can adapt when weather shifts or plans change

  • Are comfortable with simple mountain accommodation and the realities of life in remote places

  • Are looking for something deeper than a race, training camp or standard adventure holiday

Altitude experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Trail running experience is important. Road runners are absolutely welcome too. With enough time to prepare, the transition can be made and we can help guide that process.
